It was sometime in late 2007 when first I contacted the company for a quote on a property In Bansko Bulgaria.The necessary documents reached me a little later with helpful notes etc attached. Once completed and submitted a quotation soon arrived with various useful suggestions and an invitation to contact her with any queries. This I did and her unusually knowledgeable, well informed and helpful response was about the only positive thing, I heard in connection to the purchase. However because the building was once more delayed so was it necessary to contact her again. There was not the slightest note of irritation, just her completely professional approach and a suggestion to put the matter on hold until the cover was realistically required. Never once did I detect the slightest hint of annoyance......just, if anything, a note of sympathy for the disappointment.
